Welcome to The Tree Trekker. By accessing and using our website or requesting our tree care services in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, or surrounding areas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
We provide professional tree services including:

All services are subject to availability, seasonal factors, and site inspection.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are free and based on conditions observed during inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted for additional labor, hazards, or equipment needs not visible during the initial quote.
We will always communicate and confirm any pricing adjustments before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If work is scheduled within that timeframe, pricing will remain unchanged unless the property owner requests additional services not included in the original estimate.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
The Tree Trekker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time due to unsafe weather, hazardous job site conditions, or unforeseen equipment issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your service as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We currently accept:
• Cash (preferred)
• Check
Returned or bounced checks are subject to a $35 NSF fee and may require future payment via cash only. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension or collections action in accordance with Colorado law.
5. Safety & Property
Our crew follows ANSI and ISA standards to perform services safely. Property owners must ensure clear access to work areas and disclose known hazards (e.g., underground utilities, septic systems, pets, etc.). We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed site issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, The Tree Trekker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to lawns, driveways, or landscaping unless caused by negligence. Due to the nature of tree work and heavy equipment, minor impacts may occur despite our best efforts. We will make every reasonable effort to restore or repair damage when possible, but full restoration cannot be guaranteed. Storm damage or emergency removals may carry added risks.
7. Website Use
All text, logos, photographs, and media on this website are owned by The Tree Trekker and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
8. Privacy
Information collected through our contact forms is used solely to provide estimates and customer service. We do not sell or share your data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado.
